Andrew Scott in Legacy.
I’ll just pretend this is Andrew checking me out ok?

Oh thanks Beth-Moscow for the site - just checked your Russian http://amazing-andrew.livejournal.com/ site. The pics are large and clear and fantastic.
At the start of our interview, Andrew Scott and I are squeezing into a booth in the restaurant at the British Film Institute. It is very similar to the one occupied by Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan’s characters in When Harry Met Sally. Quick as a flash, the actor smiles at me and says, “I’ll have what she’s having.”
Found this pretty cool article on Andrew Scott aka Jim Moriarty just now.
I am you. Prepared to do anything. Prepared to burn. Prepared to do what ordinary people won’t do. You want me to shake hands with you in hell? I shall not disappoint you.
leaving the general feeling and intuition aside:
his using the gender-neutral but slightly awkward term “partner”, never having an official date for any of the events he is invited to, despite being in a long-term relationship… even with a high need for privacy, I assumed even if it was just a shy girl who was afraid of fans, she would have wanted to support him and go to award ceremonies and openings… and then there was some guy sitting next to him at the BAFTAs who immediately jumped to his feet the second Andrew’s name was called and hugged him… who was sitting in the middle of the Sherlock crew but who I couldn’t place from any of the crew photos or interviews. (could be anyone, though. it’s nothing conclusive… just some observations)
and also: Sherlock told us! (not a real sign. this is just funny in retrospect)
…so. I was pretty much convinced he was gay… But I really hope his fans won’t make it difficult for him so he won’t regret telling us!
Andrew Scott is still a cutie.
Literally the only difference between yesterday and today is you knowing that the two of you will actually never happen, as opposed to just assuming it.
exactly! And this can’t come as a complete surprise to people… there were signs!
I believe my followers are rather sensible, nice people, but I still would like to remind you to be kind and respectful and ask any of you not to harrass him, even if you don’t like the idea of him being gay for whatever reason you can come up with! (and please don’t send him letters asking about intimate details, either!)
Andrew Scott in Dates.
